You must submit a gzipped, tar file, or a ZIP archive, containing your source code and a README with compilation instructions, run instructions, your name, your email address, and any information you would like to provide about how the program works.
Submit as frequently as you would like.
If for whatever reason the upload does not work, simply email me the md5sum of your archive by the deadline, and keep trying.
